On April 18, 2021, the Company acquired OB Healthcare Corporation (“OB Healthcare”), a privately held biomedical services company, for an approximate purchase price of $6.3 million. The initial accounting for the business combination, including the estimated fair value of the assets and liabilities acquired, is incomplete as a result of the timing of the acquisition. OB Healthcare specializes in on-site repair, preventative maintenance, and device physical inventory management to hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. The acquisition further develops and expands InfuSystem’s DME segment and complements the Company’s purchase of FilAMed. |
