Employee Benefit Plans

The Company has defined contribution plans in which the Company contributes a certain percentage of employee contributions. Such Company matching contributions totaled $161 thousand and $78 thousand for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. The Company does not provide other post-retirement or post-employment benefits to its employees.
