On August 4, 2017, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017 on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 after the market close. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
